The 2002 Montreal Festival of Sound & Image!

Gershman Acoustics     Gershman Acoustics, a Canadian loudspeaker manufacturer, was exhibiting a new product: The "affordably priced" Cameleon loudspeakers. I almost missed this room because it was separated by another door and somewhat tucked away from the main room (showing the flagship Opera Sauvage). Well I'm glad I didn't miss it after all because the Cameleon sounded quite nice with lots of presence and drive. They were driven by relatively modest equipment and of similar price point: The original Rega Planet CD player and an earlier model SimAudio I5080 integrated amp.    next room:
