| Radio St-Hubert from
Montreal was busy showing its line of dealer products. |
 |
| On display were the popular Creek Audio
components: CD53 CD player and the famous 5350SE Integrated
amplifier. The latter was driving a pair of M12 Epos Acoustics
loudspeakers to a pleasing effect. |
 |
| Also visible were power cords from Eichmann
Express: The Power, as well as the interesting Eichmann Bullet
Plugs. These are RCA plugs made out of a polymer collar and
gold plated Tellurium Copper contact pins. The design of these
is very interesting, minimizing the use of metal and
optimizing current flow. I've seen a number of cable
manufacturers switching from high grade standard RCA's to
these in their high range products. The claim is that they
interfere less with the audio signal, provide better contact
and ultimately sound better. To be seen, or should I say
heard. |
