Simply replace those indoor dipoles or inferior Terk antennae (powered or not) with the ST-2 whip FM antenna.
I have not found a better solution for good FM reception.
Being a very thin whip can be hid behind window coverings or along side firepalces, bookcases, etc..and you can connect a white RF micro-cable (Monster) in place of the provided 25 ft. black coax.
The micro-cable is also easy to hide.
