give left 6 right speakers a huge "toe-in" angel. let them point to a point :) approx 1 meters in front of you.

Performance
in surround mode with a center, soundimage may be shattered. with the center phase-tweak and toe-in, this is avoided. works very well for me, using cerwinvega! speakers and a huge paradigm center.
