| Build nice wooden boxes and fill them with #8 lead shot from a gun store. this is the lead that is used for reloading shot gun shells and usually comes in 25# bags. |

made one of these, but I also added sand, then topped it
of with some good old elmers glue. It works great! |

think #9 shot would work better. More shot balls, better
resonance absorption. |
