Construction
Build nice wooden boxes and fill them with #8 lead shot from a gun store. this is the lead that is used for reloading shot gun shells and usually comes in 25# bags.
 
Setup
These weights can then be located on the tops of chassis of components.
 
Use
 
Performance
Improves bass definition, sharpens images and improves the details in the upper mids to treble's. Works best with some sort of audio points under the chassis or sorbothane type feet also.

Scott I made one of these, but I also added sand, then topped it of with some good old elmers glue. It works great!
   
Chris M. I think #9 shot would work better. More shot balls, better resonance absorption.
